Cooking Hakka

I launched Cooking Hakka, a personal YouTube channel dedicated to showcasing traditional and creative cooking. I manage the entire production process independently, including concept development, filming, editing, and adding subtitles. To complement the video content, I also created and maintain an Instagram account where I regularly share food photography and behind-the-scenes updates. This project highlights my ability to create engaging multimedia content and build an online presence across platforms.

The idea of the YouTube Channel is to share my mum's recipe and hope everyone are able to cook a dish that taste like your mother's cooking. The tagline is 'What do you want to eat tonight? Think of it and you are able to cook it.'
